Fitness Boot Camps & Group Training

WAITE TRAINING & FITNESS Boot Camp is a four week outdoor fitness programme based on the Canadian Forces Combat Arms exercise protocol, tempered with elements of power yoga and other sport disciplines. Our instructors offer fitness instruction that is fun and energizing and nutritional counselling, both designed to help you build a strong, fit body and mind. This is a challenging programme designed to get you in shape supported by positive reinforcement of your instructors with the company and accountability of your peers! People of all fitness levels, sizes and ages who are consistent with attendance and our instruction will experience fantastic results at various venues throughout Paris. If you are looking for a positive and motivating coach combined with motivated peers to lose body fat, get lean and increase muscle tone, then our boot camp programme is for you! Whether you are a beginner, an avid fitness enthusiast or just tired of the same stale fitness or gym routine, come try this alternative approach to exercise. No equipment other than a set of 1 to 3 kg dumbbells and mat is needed!
